This chair yoga practice explores a series of warm-ups, asanas, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practices to increase strength and support balance. These include a short seated warm up and then an extended standing pracitce including sun salutations, side bends, squats, kind dancer, and training to get up and down from the floor. Also includes reclined legs on chair and savasana. Practice is done seated in a chair, standing using the chair for support, and on the mat. Suitable for all levels. Props include a chair, mat, strap and blanket.
