Beginner Flexibility

Are you hesitant to take a yoga class because you're not flexible enough? Is bending over to pick something off of the floor a big stretch? Does it take you a while to get your stiff body moving in the morning? Then this is the perfect course for you!

Vytas will lead you through four simple yet effective classes to address the main tight points in your body. No yoga experience is required as we will focus only on the basics.

Beginner Flexibility
  • 20 min Hamstrings & Hip Flexors w/ Vytas

    Simple and effective yoga for tightness in the front and back of the legs. We will use standing and supine poses.

    Props: blocks and chair

  • 20 min Release Tight Hips w/ Vytas

    Simple and effective yoga for tightness and tension in the hips. We will practice standing, seated, and supine poses.

  • 20 min Shoulders & Upper Body w/ Vytas

    Simple and effective yoga for tightness and tension in the shoulders. We will use both strong but also passive stretches.

  • 20 min Spinal Movement w/ Vytas

    Spinal mobility is a key indicator of how we move as we age. In this class, you'll use focus and mindfulness to articulate movement throughout your entire central column.
