Human movement relies heavily on our feet, ankles and knees. This is where we meet the earth. If we don't have good mobility down here, then the imbalances will ricochet up the body, getting worse as they rise.
This class is an exploration into hip abduction, adduction and flexion. We also make sure to go all the way around and use full range of motion of the joint. Some tough stuff in this one!
